Even with all of that, Dr. Phillips is the best dentist that I have ever been to. He is gentle with his procedures, he really cares about his patients and his staff are kind and professional. He never recommends unnecessary work, yet he is proactive in his approach to care. I moved 2 hours away and I still use Dr. Phillips because of the way he takes care of me.
